Join us in The Kitchen with Catholic Charities Food for All Farm's Whitney Jacques, for a hands-on cooking class and conversation around the table, focused on how you can find and use the abundant of seasonal ingredients that are available locally. You don’t want to miss our first class of the series!
Try your hand at making fresh homemade pasta noodles, topped with a deliciously simple and light seasonal sauce. Hear insight from local growers and food advocates about how you can best select fresh ingredients available in spring, while also making use of staple ingredients available in the Spokane area year round.
You’ll leave with a vinaigrette sample you made in class, fresh seasonal greens, as well as a recipe booklet for inspiration!
