At the end of 2017 plum harvest, SETP gave Bellwether Brewing Co. some of the gleaned produce to create an awesome beer! They made a Belgian style tripel that matured for a while and then blended the beer with a wine barrel aged imperial rye, bettanomyces pitch, and aged for 6 months. After blending, it's matured for another 3 months in kegs. They will be donating $1 per pour to of this beer to SETP for the life of the batch.
